Welcome to Zavora Leathers. By visiting our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before you shop with us. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Zavora Leathers, and “you” means the person using our website or placing an order.

1. About Our Website

This website is operated by Zavora Leathers. We sell men’s and women’s leather jackets, coats and related clothing to customers in the United Kingdom. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version published on this website when you place your order is the one that applies to you.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Please note:

  • Leather and suede are natural materials. Grain, texture, shade and small marks can vary from piece to piece, and this is part of the character of genuine leather.

  • Colours may look slightly different on your screen because of device settings and lighting.

  • Sizing guides are provided to help you choose. Measurements may vary slightly.

4. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We’ll send you an email confirming we’ve received it, but this is not acceptance. Your order is accepted when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order at any time, for example because of stock errors, pricing mistakes, suspected fraud or an unavailable delivery address. If we cancel an order you’ve already paid for, we’ll refund you in full.

5. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Prices and discounts can change at any time without notice, but changes won’t affect orders we’ve already accepted.

  • If we find a pricing error, we’ll contact you to confirm the correct price. You can then choose to continue or cancel for a full refund.

  • Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment providers. We don’t store your full card details.

6. Discounts and Promotions

Discount codes and promotions, including our welcome offer for new customers, are subject to their own conditions. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes can’t be combined, can’t be used on previous orders, and have no cash value. We may withdraw any offer at any time.

7. Custom Size Orders

Custom size orders are made to the measurements you provide. It is your responsibility to check them carefully before ordering. Custom size orders are final sale, can’t be cancelled once confirmed, and are not eligible for refund or exchange unless the item is faulty or not as ordered. Delivery times for custom orders are longer, as set out in our Shipping Policy.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free standard shipping across the UK. Delivery times, processing times and other details are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

9. Returns and Refunds

You can return eligible standard-size items within 30 days of delivery, in line with our Return & Refund Policy. Return postage is paid by the customer, except for faulty or incorrect items. Custom size orders are not refundable. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Product Care

To keep your leather looking its best, we recommend following the care guidance for your product, keeping it away from prolonged moisture, direct heat and harsh chemicals, and having it professionally cleaned when needed. We aren’t responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care or normal wear and tear.

11. Your Account

If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

12. Acceptable Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data

  • Interfere with the website’s security or normal operation

  • Copy, scrape or reproduce our content without permission

  • Submit false orders or false information

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Zavora name, logo, product designs, photographs, text and graphics, belongs to Zavora Leathers or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

14. Reviews and Customer Content

If you submit a review, photo or other content to us, you confirm that it’s honest, that you own it, and that it doesn’t break any law or infringe anyone else’s rights. You give us a non-exclusive, free licence to use it on our website and marketing. We may remove any content we consider inappropriate.

15. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you agree to that policy.

16. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to keep our website accurate and available, but we can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profit or opportunity.

  • Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that can’t legally be limited, and your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We aren’t responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, strikes, courier disruption, supplier delays, power or internet failures, or government action. If this happens, we’ll let you know and do our best to fulfil your order as soon as we can.

Our website may link to third-party websites and services, such as payment providers, couriers and social media. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, policies or practices.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, and the version in place when you place your order applies to that order.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although you may also have the right to bring a claim in the part of the UK where you live.
